2. Services

Mysolar India provides solar energy solutions including consultation, design, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems. All services are subject to availability and our standard terms and conditions.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on:

• Site conditions discovered during installation
• Changes in material costs
• Changes in government policies or subsidies
• Customer-requested modifications

4. Installation Terms

Upon acceptance of a quotation:

• A booking advance is required to confirm the installation
• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the installation site
• Customer must ensure all necessary permissions and approvals are in place
• Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on weather and site conditions

5. Warranties

Our warranty coverage includes:

• Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty (as per manufacturer)
• Inverters: 5-10 year warranty (as per manufacturer)
• Installation Workmanship: 5-year warranty
• Batteries (if applicable): As per manufacturer warranty

Warranties are void in cases of misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment schedule:

• 30% advance upon booking confirmation
• 50% upon delivery of materials
• 20% upon successful commissioning

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after order confirmation may be subject to cancellation fees. Materials specifically ordered for your project may be non-refundable. Please contact us to discuss cancellation options.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mysolar India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mysolar India and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
